What is online training?

Online training is for everyone. It is designed to fit a busy schedule, and is a more convenient way to access customized workouts. Whether you're too busy to set a consistent gym schedule, or you're always traveling , or, if you just need a little structure in your fitness regimen - online training will change your life! Using the Trainerize App, you will receive custom workouts tailored to you and your specific goals. This app is also available on a desktop (URL website).

I'm new to fitness and I've been told my goal is too broad. What does this mean?

Everyone has a different goal, which is what makes working out so fun and unique! Most people want to become a healthier version of themselves. Goals can be very specific, or very broad! For many people, weight loss, general toning, or increasing overall athleticism are common broad goals. More specific goals would include: toning the back, toning glutes, running a marathon, increasing strength after a wrist injury, "bulking up", etc. Figuring out your specific goals allows you to reach the end result in a more effective and quicker manner. Broad goals lead to delayed, and sometimes nonexistent, results!

Why is a trainer worth it?

Just like any other specialist, trainers are experts in their field. Although working out in any fashion is always a healthier option than a sedentary lifestyle, training programs provide necessary accountability, structure, and assurance that you are working towards the goal you have in mind. While most people have a specific end goal (lose weight, bigger butt, run faster, hit a ball harder), many do not know how to implement that goal and get results. Running faster does not simply happen by running everyday - you must train everyday in a specific way. Training programs allow you to trust that you're working towards your particular goal, and not just mindlessly going to the gym!

What is a Golf Fitness Specialist?

A Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS) is a trainer certified in golf-specific training and program-design. A GFS is trained to identify the underlying dysfunction mechanics of any golf swing. With the help of a GFS and a golf-specific training program, you will have the tools you need to drive harder, faster, and longer, while also decreasing the risk of common golf injuries.
