Total Body No-Equipment Workout

Total Body workouts are one of my favorites. They are a quick, easy way to burn calories and tone when you have an inconsistent and/or busy schedule! Check out this total body home workout that requires no equipment at all:

**For the first round, perform all exercise at a slower pace to warm up.

After round 1, you can pick up the pace each additional round for added intensity**


Important Fitness Tips

#1 

Think about the muscle you're using throughout the entire exercise. For example, if you're doing a glute workout, simply thinking about your glutes allows that mind/body connection to work better.

Correct form if you don't feel an exercise working properly. No reason to waste time doing an exercise wrong!

Be conscious of breathing: exhale as you lift resistance (includes bodyweight), inhale as you lower resistance.
